Terms of Service
Plain version: BonService introduces you to local pros. The work itself is between you and them.
What BonService is
BonService is a directory of local service businesses. We are not the plumber, electrician, or cleaner. Any agreement for work is strictly between you and the business you hire.
Quote requests
When you request a quote, we forward your contact details to the business so they can reply. We don't guarantee they will reply, how fast, or at what price.
Verification badges
Badges reflect the checks described on our verification page at the time they were done. A badge is not a guarantee of future work quality.
Reviews
Reviews must be honest and based on your real experience with the business. Fake, paid, or misleading reviews will be removed.
For businesses
Listings are free. If you claim your profile, keep your information accurate and up to date. Featured placements, when offered, are clearly labelled and never affect verification.
Liability
We do our best to list trustworthy pros, but we are not responsible for the work they perform or any damages that result. Use your judgment and get it in writing.
