BonService started with a simple observation. In local community groups, more than one in four posts is some version of the same question: does anyone know a good plumber, a reliable electrician, a cleaner they trust?
The answers come, dozens of names in the comments, and then they vanish into the feed. Next week someone asks again. There is no memory, no verification, no way to compare. You are left calling five strangers and hoping.
We built BonService to be the memory the community was missing. A short list of local pros, each one checked against a real verification standard: registered, licensed, insured, well reviewed, and responsive. If a pro stops meeting the standard, the badge comes down.

We are launching in the West Island of Montreal because it is home. The founder grew up here and is part of this community, so this is where the trust starts. Behind the site is a small verification team that reviews every listing before it goes live, and keeps reviewing after. The model works anywhere neighbours help neighbours, so more regions are coming.
