Privacy Policy
Short version: we collect the contact details you give us so we can forward your quote request to the business you chose. We never sell your information.
What we collect
When you request a quote or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and your message. That's it. No accounts, no tracking across the web, no purchased data about you.
Why we collect it
Your details are forwarded to the business you asked for a quote from, so they can reply to you directly. We also use your email to respond when you contact us.
Who sees it
Only the business you chose, plus us. We never sell, rent, or share your personal information for marketing. Ever.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and messages as long as needed to operate the service, then delete them on request.
Your rights
Under Quebec's Law 25, you can ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Email bonservice.westisland@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.
Security
The site runs over encrypted HTTPS and access to stored data is restricted. No system is perfect, but we keep it tight.
